Miguel Lulinski, CEO and Founder of TLD Development, moved from Argentina to Florida in 1995. He is an architect by trade and has worked in real estate throughout his entire career.
His combined background in real estate and architectural studies have helped him develop properties throughout the state. Miguel worked in mortgages before the global financial crisis and understands the risks involved with being over leveraged in development projects. TLD prefers to use minimal leverage and keeps a strict cost control philosophy.
